RefineLogos refund and credit restoration policy

No refund is allowed once any generated result has been used. Refund review is limited to unused purchases with clear technical issues such as generation failure, missing output, or duplicate charge.

1. Eligible cases
Refund review is available only if all conditions are met: (a) no generated output has been used, and (b) a verifiable technical issue exists (generation failure, missing output, duplicate charge).
2. Ineligible cases
If any generated result has been used at least once (including download/use), refunds are not available. Preference dissatisfaction, input mistakes, or change-of-mind are also not refundable.
3. Resolution method
After log review, eligible cases are handled by payment refund or equivalent credit restoration. Refund is denied when usage history is confirmed.
4. Request window
Submit your request within 7 days from the incident. Resolution scope may be limited when logs cannot be verified.
